The return of the "Fat Club"

Yes its reared its head again who is joining me again. I lost 35lbs last year but was somewhat hampered by needing a hysterectomy in July and going on a cruise in Nov
Anyone up for it again ?

My weigh in day is aThursday and tomorrow is the first one after Chrimbo We need to decide on a day to declare that weeks weight loss and we usually swop recipes tips etc. Some of us go to clubs(I have to cos I lack will power) and some are good enough to do it on their own
Needless to say I am not expecting a weight loss tomorrow

Well, I can't go to a club as I simply can't afford to atm, so will need to try and do it on my own lol. Do we need to publish our starting weight???

I'd really like to do this too I've put on a bit of weight over the last year so it'd be nice to lose it and have a bit of Dogsey support while doing it!

Please count me in, I really need to shift the excess that I have gained over the last year .... it seems middle age spread is creeping up on me about 20 years too early!!!
