I'm not sure of anything, I'm not even entirely sure what the suspected "problem" is with the bitches anal glands. Cain was acting strangly at dog socialisation group, very intent scenting and searching for something specific. One of the trainers asked of he'd been anywhere near a bitch in season, which he hasn't, as she said he was acting like that's what he was looking for. He then took a lot of interest in a bitch, she objected and they had a spat. Due to Cain acting so unusally this week, the trainer spoke to the bitch's owner who said she thought the bitch had a problem with her anal glands. The trainer said this is peobably what Cain was reacting to and that problem anal glands can smell like a bitch in season to an unmated male. Strange, I've never heard such a thing and wondered if it was true.
