I've been experimenting with the same with my new camera... I found that fast shutter speed needs more light. It looks waayyy better in bright sunlight.

Thanks. Yes, fast shutter speeds needs more light but if you have not the light you can use the ISO.

Thanks... now I'm off to figure out what ISO is...

I'm learning by myself, I've never taken a class, and I dont know anyone who has... so I'm really experimenting here... I just got a new camera at Christmas, as my old one was not good enough... now I have to learn a WHOLE lot more!
