He`s been tried and sentenced.

Just to make it clear..

I am in absolutely no doubt that giving a dog electric shocks to make it do what I want is a cruel and un-necessary act.

The excuses for torturers and abusers always follow the line of.. it`s for the greater good
and you have to be cruel to be kind.
Both these statements are lies. IMO.

And no, I can`t give you footnotes, references, multiple sources and learned arguments for that. I just somehow know that hurting animals for my own ends is wrong.
Don`t you?

Scroll down to the quote box.
See quote box and and the paragraph that follows.

My opinion is given on how I felt seeing how easy it was to come by spray collars - how do you think that translates to the availability of e-collars ?

Speaking for yourself which would you rather have used on you?

Of course you can't use a spray collar to teach basics----but then why would you need to use a shock collar for that?

With regards to misuse.

There is a huge amount of info out there about using collars.

The internet has in many ways opened the door to there use as youtube and US websites provide info for free about excat training methods and approaches.

In the uk there are vids available st the same places that collars are sold at.

For example , Robin macfarlenes latest video training set went on sale at end of Oct & just took off, 34 copies sold so far this month and Jans a bad month after xmas spending spree.

With regards to the study, where does it say he withdrew from the study? just in case you don’t understand, section 4 is one of the 5 sections of the study design.
