Show Organisers Choice - The Winners

Well, what can I say, what a super way to finish off as Show Organiser. So many gorgeous entries and I really loved reading all their good and not so good points.

Thank you to everyone who entered. I've never had such a tough decision to make - honestly, I would be happy taking any of the entrants home.

I seriously considered preparing rosettes for each entrant since my shortlist kept getting longer rather than shorter, but sticking to the rules, here are my selection.....


1st place, Ben.

Such a sweet boy, a kiss for everyone and always so happy, despite everything he's been through. I really think he's an amazing lad.



2nd is Max.
I love gordons and the thought of having one with pretty good recall is really appealing. Add to that he loves agility too, well, that had me hooked.



3rd place goes to Celt
A border collie with some daft traits, well you just gotta love him and he would fit in with mine perfectly.



4th is Monty.
Monty always makes me smile and some of his antics (e.g. dropping his ball in the river then running to fetch it) make me think he's a collie in disguise



5th goes to Skye
A real gentlemen who I think would be a great peace-keeper between my two girls!



6th place for Zena
Loyal, smart, playful – my favourite traits and Zena combines all these with beauty.



Finally my specials

A very recent addition to the Dogsey family but there is something about her that has captivated me already – perhaps its her ability to help heal broken hearts.



Cheating a bit for my final special – a double entry. I thought Zeke deserved a place for his stoicism throughout his treatment, but when I read Keisha’s good and bad points they made me laugh at her antics and well-up at how she looks after Zeke in her own way. The perfect combination.
