must say this - its the first time I have ever collated a class (not yours) and you'd be surprised how much there is to do.

I try to do each one as it comes in, but there is no hard and fast rule, because we're doing it voluntarily. Maybe your class the collator is going to do them all together?
Just a thought.

When I am collating I usually wait 'til I have a bunch and do them together. When is the closing date?

Hi Cally, don`t worry, I check with collators that all entries are up when each closing date is reached.
Collators do have a lot to do as they have to save each pic, file it, file the entry info, re-upload to the shows own photo host, then post the entries.
It is often easier to wait for several entries at a time rather than do everything for one entry then close the files and photo host only to have another entry come in a few minutes later so it`s wise for collators to post in batches

If any entrant see`s a class locked which they have entered but the entry is`nt up by accident, they can pm me so I can chase it up and can unlock the thread to get the entry on, as long as entries are eligible for classes entered they will be posted before judging can commence

all winners get announced when the judges get all the info they need to put hun hun, it can take a few days as there is alot of info to be transferd from the collators to the show sec who then has to use that for the rossettes then its send to the judge for them to put up with comments as well hun. I am sure you will be getting some winners very soon.

good luck to all who have entered the first lot of classes.

Hi munchkin, the presentations are announced and linked to in an update thread in the general dog chat section and are posted with printable awards here in the showground, they are always titled as presentations threads with the class name so they will be easy to spot, there will be some going up very soon
