Firstly, as his PA I have a message from your Judge.

Charlie has really enjoyed being a judge and he asked today when he gets to do it again as it makes him feel special. (He took this very seriously )

Here are the winners with his comments, and boy was it a tough choice as all entries were gorgeous.
