I'm quite a connoissoir of chips
... I don't have any fish with mine, occasionally have a cheese and onion pasty or onion rings but usually just chips.
Now there are two ways I enjoy mine...if they are being eaten out of the paper "al fresco" I think its called,then it has to be chip shop salt and vinegar for me. However,if its at home then for some reason its just brown sauce and no salt
I also like sharing a portion of chips when out, seems to make them taste better
I wouldn't ever have curry sauce, have never tried it but don't fancy it,and gravy on chips just doesn't seem right...no, couldn't do that. Cheese and chips sounds good, especially with a bit of salad to go with it
