Just watched your video and was very impressed !!

I have started obedience training with Kayleigh who is 7 months now and we are having a lot of fun together. I just can't get her to bring the dumbbell all the way back to me - she gets about a foot away and drops it !! any ideas would be much appreciated :0)

Hope you continue to well with him - he's a lovely looking BC.

Bye for now

You need to break down the exercise,
Eg work on
Waiting & holding
Sitting in present & holding.
Recall with dumbell in mouth (including the present)
When she can do all this she should understand the exercise better.

Thanks for your kind comments

I have started kaos with the static stuff, if he can get his possition right from there,,,on any turn, he stands a better chance when I start moving, I normaly do all the backwards stuff first,,,,eg back end aware,, aint I strange lol
