aww thankyou Hali, yep i'm ok Scot decided to smash into my dodgy kneecap! (it got split when I got beaten up and then again by a flyballing doglet last summer!), had to go to A&E to have it put back in place and a couple of injections. I'm supposed to be having knee replacement this year!!! the only plus point is when its put back into place it pretty much stops any pain

oooh that does sound painful. I can imagine though that Scot was really upset when he did it, even though he would not have known what he had done - just that you were in pain.
