aah Emma, she looks very happy in there.we put daisys box under the stairs and she loved it, i think she felt safe in there.I bet you're nervous now, but it'll all be worth it!!Good luck!! ps Daisy did try to have the first pup down the side of the shed, but we had to coax her out, she had dug a massive hole in preparation, bless her!!

we have a dog flap which will be locked constantly in a few days time!! Don't want her to have them outside

Dogs have got to be easier than horses: 2 months sleeping in a stable, and weeks of sleepless nights, least dogs are in the house!!!!! I actually missed my 2nd foal being born, I thought I'd have a bit of a lie down for a few minutes....... woke up to my Mum saying, "Do you know she's had the foal?" I was gutted

i am trying not to get too excited, there is after all 10 days left, i am going mad with the waiting already, and i am 'nesting' today, cleaning the house throughly!! anyone would think it's me having the puppies

Well it is sort of Em, especially when she looks at you with those huge staffy eyes pleading for you to help her especailly when she cries. In that list that they have in the 'Book of the Bitch' you can add loads of tissues as you will probably cry. I did and my other OH thought I was loopy but he was a real softy when he saw the pups too.

I am getting excited and it's not even bitch that's expecting!!
