A huge thanks to all of the dogs and children who entered.
This is my first Judging appointment,,,and most likely the most difficult I will ever do,
you all looked fab :smt023
The winner is Rupert with Jordan,
I really liked this one, well done
at first glance the dog seemed to have a skeleton cossy on,,, I really had to look twice,
Second place is Seku with Kaitlin & Shauna,
loved the expression on the dogs face, the childrens outfits were very well done,,,great effort,
Third place is Maggi with tom,
what can I say,,,so scary, well done
fourth place is Lexi with Michaela,
super photo, with a well behaved dog, sitting very nicely with the mask on,,
fifth place is Rocky with Shannon
bless it looked so hard work holding that big puppy up,, not too scary,,,but so cute,
sixth place is OJ with Mickey
fab cossy, a bit more scary than shannon though! well done
with specials being awared to Fudge and becky & Fudge with Bethany
great photos, again very cute, not toooo scary, but great never the less, thank you

On All Hallows eve, residents of the Drive received a vist to ask if they would comply with Dracula and open their doors to his would be minions for a trick or treat after darkness fell. Those who complied were bold souls. As night fell Dracula's would be minions gathered together. They came from all over the Drive, dressed in fearsome costumes to strike fear in all who beheld them. Each carried a container to carry off any offerings. One was accompanied by a pirate hell hound with skeletal features and armed with cutlasses.
The other minions patted the fearsome hound and led him by the lead as they paid their grim visits. At most houses they struck fear and were bribed with treats to leave. At one house a foolhardy witch greeted them with water bombs. The hell hound braved the onslaught wagging his tail. Eventually he decided to retreat having smelt some treats the witch had discarded in the garden.
The vampire leading them decided to test the would be minions and their hound further by a scary walk in the woods leading to the big house. The hell hound was released from his lead and soon transformed into a soppy spaniel his fearsome garb discarded in different parts of the wood. A mummy also lost some bandages and became less fearsome and tearful. When they reached the big house, the would be minions were praised and photographed and cooked marshmallows over a fire before being taken back to thier houses to await the grim reaper's verdict. The following morning the hell hound's costume was recovered in the woods, so is he once again ready to strike fear in all who behold him in the darkness and serve Dracula with his young master the next time all hallows falls.

Well done Shona, it must have been a challenge, and one I wouldn't have liked, they were all really good
