Only if they are of 'type'.
The 4 banned breeds are Pitbulls, Japenese Tosa, Fila Brazilero and Dogo Argentino and I believe their crosses.

No such thing as American Bull Terrier - there is American Bull dog and American Pit Bull Terrier

There is not such thing as an american bull terrier. I think whoever this is is just trying to stop short of calling their dog a pit bull.

i know of a few people who dont care who knows they have a x of a pitbull terrier - them types of people should be the ones getting done imo -

i thought they were just american bulldogs - dunno though!?

All American Staffordshire Terriers are Pitbull Terriers, but not all Pitbull Terriers are American Staffordshire Terriers, if that helps.
