The falls of leny
I thought, it's such a lovely day, i'll go up to the Pass of Leny (just past Callender, in the trossachs) I got some nice shots of the falls.
The right channel was dynamited 40 years ago to make it easier for the salmon on their migration.
This is the gorge the river Leny runs through, after the falls.
A quieter moment after the gorge.
A lot of folks don't know they're there, it's not well signposted, so if you're passing, stop and have a look, the noise of the water is deafening.
Old Stirling bridge crossing the river forth, gateway to the western highlands.
And the water's teeming with wild brown trout.
