Positive vibes please

I'm off to the A&E Department.

I've been off my foot for a week now I think (feels much longer) and my mum's been walking my dogs for me but my foot is still bleeding a lot and now my mother's panicking because it looks like it may have the tiniest infection... so we're off to A&E.

I'm hoping that they just say they'll make my referral more urgent and send me home but from my experience it rarely happens... my foot looks worse than it is but they're not very 'up' on the condition so panic when they see something that to me look relatively normal but looks to them like something from outer space has just thrown up...

So positive vibes please - I'll let you know how I get on (got to wait for mum to get back from walking the dogs before I go - she's taken the car so I can't escape! )

It's no longer important enough for A&E! We're going in the morning instead because they will need to call the vascular surgeon who won't be around at this time of night.

So I'm safe... for now!
