Mmmmm, homemade fudgeeeee (and tablet!)

Just made a batch of this fudge (Nestle UK Ultimate Fudge), it was simplicity itself and has turned out beautifully. Mind, I do have a sugar thermometer and mine took 20 mins to reach 116C. Lovely and creamy, not too grainy or hard but with just the right amount of 'melt-in-the-mouth' crumble. Will have to try the chocolate version next or a whisky or rum one

They also have a recipe for tablet for those north of the border, though not tried that one myself: Tablet. If anyone tries that one, do let me know what it's like

I love Tablet, shouldn't eat it really though. I only partake of it when I visit my friend up in the Highlands. You just can't get it down here in Yorkshire, it is obviously a Scottish thingy!!!
