poor wee thing he is only 15.3 kg looks like it will be a long time before he can go to his new home

It's sad, yes, but on the up side, he's in good hands now, and with the love and care he will get, he'll soon recover. It's the ones we don't "see" that worry me

Oh that's terrrible
Poor little thing, how can anyone watch a dog get into that state. Glad he now safe and on the way to recovery.
