oooh I won't show my OH...he absolutely loves strawberries

(I have to be 'in the mood' for them..yours do look very nice though )

We can't grow strawberries anymore because the dogs pick them off as soon as they turn red.

Strawberries are so tasty at this time of the year though.

I have that problem too!!

Strawberries are looking very nice Jen, mine are just starting to ripen up but I don't think they will be as successful as last year and i reckon it's because i grew them in long rectangular tubs this year instead of the squares ones i used last year.

well done, we are still waiting on ours sprouting, planted loads and only two plants look like they are going to take - Luca literally could eat a punnet a day - he is awful eats us out of house and home....

These were from long rectangular tubs.
I find the strawberry pots you can buy are rubbish, never had any success with those, I put trailing flowers in them instead!

I grow mine in a hanging basket, Ben & Poppy love strawberries... this way it keeps them away from them and off the ground so not problem with slugs or rotting.
