say a prayer for my dad please.

not sure why im telling you all this but you know what they say, its easier to talk to strangers, a problem shared etc etc!
took my dad to casualty on tuesday evening. he has had a very painful throat and chest for couple of months now. 3 courses of different antibiotics have made no difference. popped over to see him tuesday and took one look at him and took him straight to hospital. to cut a long story short, after blood tests, x rays, scans and a camera down the throat twice, they have discovered a growth in his throat. not sure if benign yet. is having surgery tomorrow to have it removed and hoping that it turns out not to be cancerous but at his age and the fact he is already weak, the surgery alone is scaring the life out of me. im not a religious person but i shall be saying a little prayer later to help him come through the surgery. thanks for listening. xx
