Grrrrr! Horrible little thief!

Last night, Mrs. S. and I had roast leg of lamb for dinner. The remaining half was put aside, on top of the cooker, to become a casserole for tonight.

We were somewhat dis-chuffed to see a collie puppy running round the house with half the lamb clutched in his jaws! Not only that, but he was quite aggressively defensive when we tried to retrieve it!

Well, no dinner for him tonight, and a good dinner for Kali (we can't eat it, after all and we're damned if we're going to let Thorgeir profit from his crime!).

Yep, he's getting big now.......

You see now that's the inherent problem of having a clever dog ... Poor Thorgeir.. All that hard work and no reward... I bet Kali put him up to it!

naughty naughty!! we are just learning that Tilly is now big enough to reach the worktop & she nicked the bacon out of hubbys sarnie the other week whilst he was getting sauce from the other cupboard - but she kindly left him the bread!!

Oh yes, the 'big puppy' stage, still little enough to be a puppy but big enough in size to reach things they shouldn't....
