Good morning peeps!

Morning all,

Well, it’s my last day off before returning to work. I have to say I’ve had a lovely few days, haven’t wanted to kill Baz that often, and have had the most lovely weather, so all in all it’s been fab, even though I have no car . Luckily, Jackie has kindly lent me hers as she hardly uses it – what a mate!

Baz and I are off out to lunch today, probably to Miso, the “posh-ish” noodle bar. Really nice Chinese food – yum. I was going to cook spag bol, but as it’s the last day, we thought we’d push the boat out.

Weather-wise it’s another cracker, and I’m really looking forward to a nice walk with my old’un, Roxy. Her arthritis is playing her up a bit, so we’re on a bit of a go-slow. Never mind, she has many more good days than bad

Today’s gem:
One morning a woman was walking out of her front door, when she notices a strange little man at the bottom of her garden.
"You're a goblin," she says, "I caught you and you owe me three wishes!". So the goblin replies "OK, you caught me fair and square, what's your first wish?" The woman stops and thinks for a second, "I want a huge mansion to live in.", goblin replies "OK, you've got it." Woman again thinks it over, "My second wish is a Mercedes." "OK, you've got that too." "My last wish is a million dollars!" The goblin then says "OK, you've got it, but to make your wishes come true you have to have sex all night with me." "OK then, if that's what it takes..."
Next morning the little man wakes the woman up.
"Tell me," says the man, "how old are you?" "I'm 27", she replies.
“Amazing", says the man, "27 and you still believe in goblins"

another cracker here weather wise as well, got some colour yesterday on our doggless walk along the beach. think i'll be nice and take them with us today even though they had me up at 4.30 this morning!!!!!!! well at least i got some crafting done in peace before the OH woke up

Morning Vicki, morning all. Sun's trying to break through the fog her so hope it will be a nice day. Off to the beach shortly, first time I've been out of the house in 5 days so hope OH and Cassie take it easy on me. Have a good Sunday everyone.
