Good morning everyone - Wednesday!

Morning all,

Last night was spent at the local private hospital where I had to have a biopsy of the mouth – I have Oral Leucoplakia and the doc just wants to check for “the usual”. It’s a thickening of the insides of cheeks, tongue and sometimes lips (mine is just inside cheeks). I looked it up on the internet and was pleased to see mine wasn’t as bad as those shown as examples.

Results in the New Year, but I’m not unduly worried.

I had three stitches, and am a tad sore this morning...... I’ll try to keep my gassing to a minimum

Another day of accounts here....have broken the back of it but had left them on a back burner whilst trying to drum up new business, and now I'm on catch up

It's very mild out there, I'm just waiting for the white stuff to fall again At least we've had a respite, I feel so sorry for those that still have it and are waiting for another onslaught.

My car decided to work ok yesterday so got to my mums and she enjoyed her 80th get together. Today if the car keeps going I have lots of running round to do and things to get before the snow sets back in tomorrow.

This morning the plan is to restart training. I've entered a half marathon raising funds for the Army Cadet Force Ross Company funds. So really need to get back into training.

The rest of the day will be spent studying, I'm way too far behind on the studies and need to catch up. So the plan is to do that.

Restful night till 4 am then Ollie wanted too go out and has been in and out since then with really bad tummy upset.

I am going too have too keep a close eye on him today he had a bit of blood in the runny pooh hoping it was the straining. Gorden and I are knackered .


Bit of shopping too do today and then maybe the christmas tree and writing some cards.

Well I was out 1st thing shopping, I thought it a good idea to take Bruce..........made a mental note.
''when Bruce shows an interest in catching a bus, remember that I will have to get off after two stops and walk the next 4 stops''
Still he had a great time shopping especially at the pet shop
