How do I find the original breeder?

My mum is trying to contact Samsons breeder as she can claim on her insurance for his death but needs a receipt for the amount paid, we have lost contact details for her sadly.

He was KC registered as were the sire and dam. I also know her name and that she was from Warrington.

How do I get more details please?

Mel

You could contact the KC - or search for details somewhere like champ dogs - (you will need the affix for this).

When you take out a policy you usually have to state how much the dog cost. This should be enough as they have accepted the dog is `worth` that amount and insured him.
I`d phone the company and ask.
