Ideas please or where I could get templates

Davie needs to get away from the goggle box, and away from the xbox too. He's spending way too much time on it and it's affecting his concentration at school.

So, my bright idea, make a 3d sledge, santa and reindeer from cardboard that we can hang from the ceiling. Not huge but a relatively decent size. As well as a wreath (which we can nab from the nearest holly tree), and some other ideas I have in mind.

Now knowing that everyone on here is great at coming up with where you can get this stuff from I thought I'd ask here first

Sounds fab! I had a great book when I was younger which you cut up and could make 3D birds from. They worked really well and looked really realistic. This looks pretty similar, but I don't know if there is a reindeer - might be useful for inspiraition though!

If you google sledge templates printable etc you will get loads of sites and ideas. Not sure how old David is but found this site which might have some ideas!

You could enlarge the sled tamplate onto card and attach to two sides of a cardboard box to turn it into a xmas pressie box too! Cover the box whith xmas wrap first for extra fun!
