Morning all

Well, at 7.15 Lennon decided I’d had quite enough of a lie-in, so laid across me and licked me like crazy – it worked, as you can see

Baz has gone off to work – we are hopeful this spate could last up to Wednesday of next week .

Off this morning to the retinopathy department of the local hospital to have my retinas photographed. The drops they put in your eyes to make your pupils dilate also cause you to have blurred vision for around 4 hours, so I have to get the bus

Just killing some time before I leave for Essex...spoke to Claire last night and she is missing all the gossip like crazy...her computer has died so she won't be back until she gets a new one...lots of us know how that feels eh!

So pleased that Baz has work again Vicki...its all such a worry...and hope your appointment goes ok.

Still lying in bed here. Fudge is curled up too so am making the most of it. We have a normal Saturday here with running kids round. Dad is taking me out to some tile places later to look at tiles for the wet room.

So pleased to hear Baz has some work again but cross with you.
You are going to the hospital alone on a bus after coming all this way to accompany me so I didn't have to go alone for my procedure. Naughty Naughty Vicki, I do hope all goes well though hun. I have had that done and if they use the same drops as I had they can make sunlight very uncomfortable on your eyes for a few hours later so take care.
I'm off to dismantle a shed bring it back and erect it this morning, with the help of a nice man who has offered to help me in return for him having a shed too.

Good news about Baz Vicki. Hope all goes well at the Hospital.
I am icing a Birthday cake this morning and some small cup cakes and cooking chicken nuggets cocktail sausages and pizzas for Joels Birthday party (Grandson) today at the local community centre. He is 7 cannot believe that.

glad baz has some work today and good luck at the hospital with the eyes. dan has to have that done on a regular basis too. m still in bed at the moment. i have been up for hours and just caught up with some tv and chilling out - time for thinking. got to keep going like this as have got used to thinking about stuff when the house is quiet.

Well fitting a new pond this morning, ours has sprung a leak.....nothing new there then as there have been leaks everywhere this week

Not sure what I'm doing today, but as have been signed off work for another two weeks am not in a hurry to do anything.
Had huge headache all day yesterday, still there a bit today so not good.
Need to go to that chilling room me thinks.
