Morning all. Overcast here but not cold so I will go for my usual wander and then carry on reading my book called The Love Child. Hope you all have a peaceful day.

Thought I'd pop on early as the site obviously had problems yesterday with the dreaded 'error' message coming up every time I tried to get on.

It was a beautiful sunny day yesterday. Today overcast and not as warm so far. We'll be off out soon regardless

Rain here first thing so have taken the opportunity to put the hoover round and scrub the kitchen floor. Just having a coffee then as it has stopped raining take Teazle for a quick walk. Hd a lovely evening with the girls yesterday. Maria and Sarah were doing performances. Both had to dance and sing in their groups then each had to do a monologue. Sarah was very scared but she did really well, started off strong had a hiccup in the middle and finished strong so really pleased and she enjoyed herself too and was on a high all evening.

Oh Sue you really will miss them if they leave. I have had an email from the agents and the landlord won't renew my fixed tenancy. He said it would cost him £120 to do it. Anyway I have looked at the new government proposals from April 2024 and it is all their fault. Never mind I will stay here for as long as I can. Have a good dry day if you can Sue and other peeps.

Brenda, do you mean £120 in lost rent a month or it would cost him to renew a fixed tenancy at a cost of £120, if it's the latter and what you want, could you give him the £120??
Sue, I bet the girls are going to really miss their friends, seems they have settled in really well.

Lovely day here weather wise and all round wise. I had a bad day yesterday very down and couldn't get to sleep so stayed up till 2.30 am and then zonked on the sofa.
So today Gorden said we were going out we went to a garden centre between Norwich and Caister we had a bite to eat then drove the 1/2 hour to Caister and sat on a wall eating ice cream and looking at the waves.
We are holidaying there with Mark, Lauren and the youngsters next month.
It has done the trick and helped cheer me up.
