toilet training (moving puppy from paper to outside)

how do i get my puppry to do his toileting outside?

he goes on the paper brilliant now(bar the odd mistake) but 99.9% of the time no problem. (The papers next to the back door?) so how to i move him to outside as currently whenevr we go any where or play in the garden he'll wait and go on the paper.

If he's good with the paper, gradually move the paper outside the backdoor leaving the door open, moving the paper gradually further afield as he gets used to going out. When the pup gets used to going out remove the paper altogether. Praising excitedly as he goes, and giving him treats (which I daresay you do already) if he wee's by the door inside once the paper has been put out ignore it.
