Look what I got today.........

I'm so angry. I got a call to collect this wee lass today. She's 6mnths old but looks far older. She has really bad skin. I have phoned the vet and am waiting for him to call back. I'm a tough woman but I'm in tears here.

the b*****d that left her like this couldn't even be there when I went to pick her up, he was in the pub watching the football. His partner couldn't have cared any less. Even my OH is sickened by this. I have her now and there's one thing she'll get from here and that an awful lot of TLC.

That must be irritating the hell out of her - poor little girl. So pleased she is with you.

The vet has just phoned. I asked if I could put some soothing gel on her skin and he said yes. I've to take her to him tomorrow at 8.30. I've put some cool Aloe Vera gel on her wee body. She sat there like she was in heaven. Her poor skin is very hot. Don't know if you remember Bonnie the wee deaf pup i had in, well this is her sister. Although Gem isn't deaf she is just as bad if not worse as what Bonnie was like.

I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow.

Hi I remember the little deaf pup. Its a bl**dy shame.

Isn't it amazing how they seem to know you are going to help them? Hope she's on the mend soon.

Its terrible however she looks really very sweet - what you need to remember Tracie is that she is no longer in that situation now and has you and hopefully a loving new home who will treat her right - The idiot ( much stronger word is clearly being used in my house) who had her doesnt deserve to own a dog and I hope that his skin breaks out in as equally awful a condition....

She is in the best place now and look forward to seeing her when she is better !! BY the way - I used aloe vera on the brunster when he got a reaction to god knows what and it cleared it up well... he did however lick most of it off !! so not sure how good it is for the stomach !!!!

Take care and hope she does well...
