I just wanted to take out my frustrations as Shona said!!!

No really, it's because Milo can be a gulper and being a chicken wing virgin I didn't want him swallowing whole bones in one go, so I smashed em up first so the bones were broken down a bit. As it happens he did chew them quite nicely.

I'm not a raw convert by any means, but I do feel good giving them something more natural for treats and for enrichment. Milo loves it!!!! Jack is still doing the whole dropping it in your lap thing but he soon eats his when Milo threatebs to nick it!

I feed my 2 rotties bones, they have chicken wings, lamb ribs and pigs trotters.

tonifletcher if you can buy in bulk the raw food is alot cheaper, mine cost me less than a £ a day to feed.

sallyinlancs I would not feed salmon to the dogs as it is supposed to be toxic to them. I dont no what it is in salmon but there is something bad for dogas in it!

There's nothing bad in salmon for dogs, unless you're thinking of parasites? That's more in American salmon. However if it has been frozen then the parasite is killed.

Raw salmon is fine to feed to dogs and is very beneficial to them - it gives them their Omega oils.
