They snooze

I work part-time four mornings a week.
Lst year I was quite poorly and had 2 months off work. I thought the dogs would like me being there with them all the time but did they heck! I seriously disrupted their snoozing routine

Haaha brilliant!

I walk Bella 40 mins or so before work, and straight after, followed with some training to get her mind going.
She is fine, she has her crate, with pen attached. She has everything she needs in there.

I think she likes the peace and quiet!

In all honesty, I think I need to do more when I'm NOT at work. I seem to lay in, she gets walked later, and probably only once a day... *slap hand*

I think me working, with her, gives us both a good routine. I do more with her at night because I feel guilty leaving her all day!

I am on my own and have a full time job
Bob has a 40 mins run in the woods
then its straight on to work he has the run of the office
and a baby gate so he can look outside
we than go for a walk at lunch time and sometimes a swim
we then go out again after work for about an hour
we also do Agility on a Monday night after work
and on a Sunday we do Obedience and fun agility

Dogs have no concept of time so 1hr and 8hrs to them is pretty much the same.Provided you're not away for obscene amounts of time they dont mind and spend most of it asleep anyway.

I have a peculiar job so im usually up at 2.00am and back home by around 10.30am so its kinda like breakfast time for them anway.

My dogs sleep all day (whether I'm there or not).

I used to pop home at lunchtime, but I used to wake them up......

We're lucky, my Dad has our dogs during the day. He walks and feeds them, then they all have an after-walk nap together.

I work full time but at the moment my kids are both around in the daytime a fair bit. But all my dogs are used to being left and when the kids leave in the summer, the dogs will be left all day but I'll come home in the middle and let them out. We go for a lovely, long walk after work and I know that they snooze all day.
