How do they do it???

We had a cat come into the vets today with a foreign body obstructing his gut.

The vet operated and managed to remove the FB so far so good but obviously he needs a close eye keeping on him so he's not out of the woods yet...

What was the FB??

A hearing aid!! How does a cat swallow a hearing aid??

All I can say is I'm glad it's not my cat because that's one bloody expensive snack! £200-£300 for the operation plus the cost of the hearing aid!

Good grief, I know cats will try anything once but a hearing aid!

I wouldn't be surprised! My Abigail is obsessed with ears and ear wax. She used to lick your ears if you cuddled her when she was a kitten and now she only has to see you put your finger to your ear and she's waiting.

It does amaze me what animals can eat, but have you ever seen those programmes about foreign bodies removed from humans? Trust me, we are much worse!
