Happy 5th Gotcha Day to my beloved Pereg
Who would have thought that this tiny puppy
through various trials and tribulations would end up as this beautiful girl?
I love you my bubbie, more than you will ever know.
The day I brought you home I had no idea what you would be like - I had no idea that you would be such a Booga compared to my Little One who was so easy while you were - a Booga!
I had no idea that you would then be hit by The Monster.
But I loved you from seeing that very first photograph of you, and somehow you and I got through your diabolical puppy and then Kevin stage - and between us we cope with your problems when The Monster comes calling.
And you know what Pereg? I love you for what you are, and I always will do. Because for me you are perfect. Just perfect.
Bo l'Ima Pereg - come to Mommy so that she can give you yet another cuddle, because your Mommy loves you so very very much.

The first thing she did after we had gotten home and I had put her down while I opened the door and clipped Little On onto her tether so she could go out, was produce litres of orange liquid faeces onto the path, which took buckets of water to try to flush it away.
Two weeks later and a house full of liquid orange faeces later I telephoned and begged for someone to take her away.
But they did not and eventually after having had to throw out all carpets and rugs, the orange poos ended.
And then Pereg turned into Kevin and I could not cope, so was put in touch with a registered trainer who probably was trained by that CM guy.
Now? Pereg is Pereg. The Pereg that I love more than I ever imagined I could love a dog. So what she is epileptic. So what. She is my girl. My beloved Pereg, who gives me unconditional love and who I will accept the nasties that come with her epilepsy.
Because I love her.

I might have ended up with a well-behaved docile dog as my Little One was. Not a right Booga who turned out to be epileptic on top of being a Booga.
Life would have been so much easier but oh would it have been boring!
