A once yellow Labrador

Now I'm not sure what colour he is. This was after the dip in the stream to wash away the worst of the mud. And after a 20 minute non muddy walk home.

And crate training is going well so far. I'm going to have to find the bottom of it and try him with that though since he refuses point blank to have a soft bed in there. I took it out as Rupert was terrified of it and just covered the wire bottom with a couple of those thick pad type beds but Spen objects to them. He even removed the cushion part of the bed in this pic and lay on the thin empty bit.

Oh he really enjoyed his walk. We walked with a Boxer and the two of them had a blast, wrestling and chasing each other. The Boxer was daintily picking his way around the puddles and worst of the mud while Spencer joyfully hurled himself into every puddle and patch of mud he found He did manage to convince him to play in the stream though.
