been in hosp

got rushed into hosp tuesday,angina,never had it b4,had a lucky escape,was told if id left it week it would of been a heart attack n dead so a totoal change of life stly. ive even had no smokes for days

That must have been a real shock. Keep off the ciggies if you can. I stopped 2 weeks ago. I always fancy having *just one*, but someone said to me the other day 'you're only one cigarette away from 20-a-day'. Keep that in mind! take care of yuorself.

it will kill me if i have a smoke now but whats worse ive had to give up choccy but got nicotine patches which are a big help

im going to see if theres any support grps,want to pick some brains,like about food n exersise ect.

that must have been really scary. I'm glad you are feeling ok now. I hope your new life style goes well
It might be hard to give some stuff up but you should feel great then
