I tried them with the Natures Diet nuggets I`d bought for our holiday and not used. They all looked horrified and stalked away.
So I had to add some of the roast chicken we were having to get them to eat it.
I`m starting to suspect they have a cunning plan.......

That made me chuckle,reminded me of dear old Alfie,he would give me a look,curl his lips up above the top of his teeth and remove the offending liver or kidney and take it out the bowl and drop it on the floor.....If he was feeling in the mood he then might roll in it !!!! but that was his limit,he hated any kind of offal,Daisy on the other hand adores it all

my Flea can be an odd bod..... last easter he had an easter bunnie ... wouldnt eat it and looked at me in disgust,until i turned it inside out for him (eww) gave him a lambs heart and it was like xmas had come...strange boy but i luvs him.

I got stuck on this part...reading a re reading thinking why would a vn give her dog chocolate!!! then i read further on....rather you than me!!!!

Mine eat raw liver fine, they all love it...havent tried kidney, i cant bring myself to do it!!

i can sympathise. My mum once served us hearts right after we`d `done` them at school. I could identify all the arteries etc. (Dreadful cook she was) Never eaten them since.

The only steak and kidney my dog gets is if there is any left over and that is not very often.

Seriously though. She eats pretty much anything. I like to keep her diet varied because, as you say. I would not like to eat the same thing all the time
