Homing Requirements: Toby could manage a first terrier home providing they understand not to whip his energy up beyond his own control and to do introductions to people and dogs in a considered manner as terrier people instinctively do. Not for young children for his sake! Needs secure garden and exit management.

His Story: Toby lost his home due to his owner's illness, given by the vet to a young family with very young children which was a complete contrast for him!The vet couldn’t take him back so he was left tied up outside. A Lady took him to her son's kennels and tried to find a rescue place. Neutered and vax'd. In boarding kennels in Hampshire near Farnham.

Advert: Toby is a mature Pattie probably 4-5 years old so his energy is settled but he is a true terrier. (Patties can live 'til 16 years). Toby delights in play, enjoys his walks and exploring outside territory. He meets people with his heart on his sleeve and isn't hand shy but no he doesn’t like to be rushed: Yes Toby could get over excited with say running children if no-one took control. Enjoys the car on the passenger seat!

Toby is a black smooth coated Patterdale Terrier with a full tail. Toby is very representative of his breed. Loving and caring; entertaining and explorative with good recall to a point! Toby is full of smiles and sweet. A terrier person's delight.
