she is looking good considering the last 24 hrs, well done for acting quick, i am lucky up to now mine haven't had it but i watch out for it all the same.
try and get a few days of work you'll need it, and the best idea is a t shirt, it will be worse when its healing.
so glad she is here now and not the other way.

give her a cuddle for me, she 1 tough little cookie!

She seems quite happy. She was tired when those pictures were taken. She's had a couple of goes at Fingals ears already. Just got to try and keep her calm when she wants a play.

God I feared the worst when I saw the length of this thread since I last logged on!

Glad she's home safe and well, and what an impressive set of stitches! Her Brothers will be impressed.

To be honest, she doesn't seem that much different. You can tell she's a bit uncomfortable when lying down and trying to get comfy but when she's up and about (as you can see in this photo taken tonight) she's still up for a play. Skye and Fingal seem to know as they are being extra gentle.

No attempts to nibble them so far which is good.

I just can't believe how well she is doing, your vets must be miracle workers. What a relief to see her wanting to play, she must feel so well to want to play so soon

I know. I'm surprised at her speedy recovery.

We still need to be careful with her though and not get to ahead of ourselves.

She's not chuffed about getting a little handful of food at a time for her tea though.

No loss of appetite

She looks like a nutter, does she not know that she has been poorly?
Hope she continues to do well. Lab love from my girls to her.
Take care.
