For the benefit of the younger ones among you, constellation ?

It's a Hoover Constellation vacuum cleaner it's shaped like a large ball and floats on it's own air cushion like a hovercraft, ours is 45 years old, hows that for value.

45 yr old vac,you are so like my hubby, hes still got his nappies and hes 45
yes they are clean they are in the box with every piece of clothing he has owned since he was born

Look after the pennies and the pounds will look after themselves Jayne I have to admit I like to get the most use out of something before I bin it.

I'll have to post a pic of the Constellation later, methinks they could come back into fashion.

Phil, our washing machine (Bendix Electronic) is 26 years old, the only thing that's been replaced is the rubber port-hole gasket on the door.
