Thanks guys he does that to his ears all on his own usually just after waking up he'll shake his head and thats the result! He can chase a ball or kong and they stay like that! He doesn't even seem to notice, we usually end up sorting them for him! xx

I met a lady on a field once who calmly turned Pharaoh's ears the right way out then cheerfully said, you can always tell lurcher owners, always happy to get your ears in order for you I never forgot it and if I ever see a doggy with his ears all akimbo I always stop to get them all in order for them again
