I remember them testing the cola myth on mythbusters.

It will
Remove bloodstains
Clean chrome.
Clean a penny.

It wont.
Clean rust.
Clean a toilet.
Remove grease stains from clothes

Not turely cleaning but vodka will remove bad breath and foot odor

I have a cloth that bought from a High St Jeweler.

It's bright red (no idea what's in it) but you just rub the gold and it comes up really clean.

For really dirty stuff you just add a bit of spit.

I've had it over 10 years (comes in a wee plastic bag inside a box) and it still works fine.
