I did happen to catch it and it was neither something nor nothing but basically asking the question why the Dangerous Dogs Act hasn't (magically) got rid of all the dangerous dogs! The incident that prompted it was awful and ended up with a man in hospital needing plastic surgery, the dogs dead and the police arguing with the owner about whether they were pitbulls or not. He claimed they were bull mastiffs.

Fairly pointless piece I would say.
