Oh Malka, I agree with Kazz.. you need to look after yourself too as Pereg depends on you.. hopefully you will get the year and 177 days seizure free back again soon.. this is taking it out of you and Pereg so much... big hugs x

So far so good thanks although of course as soon as I switched on my chair so I could move to close the door yesterday evening, Pereg was up - she just has to hear that click... and she decided she wanted to sit by the open doorway. She then had zoomies out, in and leap on the couch, leap off the couch and rush out again. Nice as it is to see her so happy and playful, I ended up having to dig out a dressing gown and bootie slippers as when she was not doing zoomies she insisted on sitting by the open doorway!

She got me up a couple of times in the night, as usual, but then she had eaten so much yesterday [mostly frozen vegetables true, but also the half chicken backs] plus she had been drinking much more than usual, so it was only to be expected.

Apart from that she had a good night and has been back to normal so far today, but I would not be at all surprised if she started again shortly with the post-ictal behaviour. The seizures I can cope with - but that diabolical behaviour gets almost impossible at times.

Hopefully I will get some peace today and will finally be able to eat without Pereg kicking off again.
