Just read this thread. Sorry poor Flash has been unwell again, but glad to hear your vet was able to see you so promptly. Hope the treatment has the desired effect and Flash is back to his usual self soon. Hope also you got some rest as you must be exhausted.

Aw thank you so much. Everything crossed here that the worse is over for my little man ... including my eyes as I am desperately tired

Hope the little man is bright and perky for you this morning and that you had a great night's sleep together. I do hope everything is ok today and that Rucksack hasn't come down with something.xxxx

Thanks for asking. We all had a good night although probably the dogs more than me as I was alert to any movement by Flash.

I gave him a smaller than normal breakfast just to treat his guts gently after so little food for 3 days. He seems quite happy although a little quieter than yesterday evening and he's been out in the garden twice for a wee only.

Hopefully the abs will really have taken hold today. At least this time round he didn't stop drinking which is of course a huge relief.

I'll just treat him with kid gloves for a few days and keep my fingers crossed.

Just popping in to see how he is today, and at least there is no bad news.

Those ABs should really be getting to grips now with luck. I'm pleased to see that you are joining the "emergency drugs in cupboard" club

Flash seems pretty much back to normal now having had a poo this morning (first since Monday night) and there was no new blood which was a massive relief.

I'll up his food a little this morning and just gently wean him back on to full rations slowly.

Thank you all for your support and hopefully I won't be 'thread-making' in this health section for a long time to come.
