I have only just discovered it. I was watching it on a sky channel the other day. I had been avoiding it as I hate cookery programmes, but have to say this is brilliant thanks to the commentator.
Is it on everyday then?

Ha ha! My husband said once "You've only cooked me 5 bad meals in 10 years of marriage" and I thought "you're keeping a record?"

No way Not only would they be able to floss their teeth after the meal with dog hair, the dog would then end up on the table!

Ours can rest their chins on the table, occassionaly they do this while were eating, and then start drooling Although I would never go on such a programme I do wonder what the viewer reaction would be if that was shown on nationwide TV

I LOVE come dine with me! I like learning about new food (I've had a sheltered food upbringing) and seeing the array of people involved. One of my favourites was the one with the 2 whippets, 1 nicked some food from the serving trolley and the other ate food from people's hand. A guest asked if the dogs could be removed because they were begging and the posh owner was very offended, saying "They don't beg" - Cue a clip of the evidence to the contrary. I love the tongue-in-cheek commentary and would go on...but I'd have to borrow someone elses's house as mine isn't big enough for the guests - never mind the crew!
