a little worrid about molly (traces of blood in urine - cystitis or season?)

Hi everyone, hope someone can help

molly is nine months now she's been doing really well up untill now. a couple of days ago after we had a bit of a play she did a wee in the living room (which is unusual) the wee had blood in it she seemed ok after she was her usual self (a lunatic ) she was eating fine. but now she doesn't seem very happy and has been sick a couple of times.
could this be her first season starting? i have noticed that her nipples are a little larger than normal.
but she has been a little monkey lately and raided the rabbit food

hope you can help

Hi Molly is she drinking more than usual? As Inca says it could be cystitis particularly with vomiting..dogs vomit when in pain..cystitis causes pain and increased urination/drinking.

But bitches can also vomit when starting a season. If she is nine months and hasn't had a season that could well be the cause . Get a piece of white tissue/loo roll and wipe Mollys vulva, if she is in season in should show blood whereas if it is cystitis there will only be blood when she pees.

If in doubt see the vet.
