Zubrin - dosage?

Amie is a 6kg(about 13lb ) JR X the vet gave her Zubrin Tablets when she hurt her Back before Christmas.
Well tonight I think she has Hurt it again, she can not go up the Stairs.
She will go to Vet in morning,but could any one tell me the correct Dose for Her I have thrown away the Packet and I can not remember the Correct Dose
