Poor little chap, I hope he will be OK - sending good vibes and {{{{hugs}}}}

Not good that the first vet didn't tell you what they had found, that's bad.

Sorry rauchous i couldn't get back on line, i am very glad you took him to the vets, all our prayers are with little max (((XXX)))

As Mini says with intersussepton(SP?) you would expect him to be off his food if it was a repeat of that but not always my friends pup unfortunately died of this in a short space of time with no warning so we aren't always to know!

There other thing to be aware of for the little mans future is if he is a serial "eater" (bully owners will know what i mean), often they will ingest other objects not relating it to the discomfort and surgery.

I hope all goes well for him in the vets today please keep us posted xx

Hi, well the vet has just phoned me, it was another intersuseption(sp?), nothing in there that had been swallowed so due to the first op, have had to remove 3-4 inches of intestine and straighten it out as much as he can, he has just come out of surgery and is in shock and very pale (vet said he doesnt like the look of his colour), they are doing as much as they can to "bring him round". The vet is going to ring me back later on and let me know how he is, they will be keeping him in overnight. I am glad he is alive after another surgery (less than 3 weeks between the 2), but still really worried after what the vet has said, will keep you all updated as and when i am updated, thanks for all your support, love rach xx
