Would chickens put you off buying a house?

If you went to see a house for sale, would having chickens in the garden put you off?

Ive a neighbour with 3 roosters, now "that" would put me off, if i knew as they never shut up. Crow continuously 24 x 7 & sometimes in chorus!!!

Same here, had a neighbour who had roosters & chickens & omg were they ever noisy, eventually there was so many complaints they were told to get rid of them.

Yes, it would put me off, I wouldn't want them left with the house.

It would depend on several things, ie

did the house look as though the chickens lived in it?
Were there any existing complaints from neighbours re noise, smell etc.
Where was the effluent of the chickens stored?
What was the state of the garden?
How many chickens had been killed by raiding foxes

wouldn't put me off I have 8 chickens no rooster as they are noisy. I would ask if the chickens are staying and if they are well your lucky you will have fresh eggs everyday and your flock would already be settled and lay straight away lol
