I don't get it, if people dislike showing so much why do they watch it and why, do they then feel the need to keep going on about how much they don't like it and how it must be cruel, as they don't agree with it.

As I've said, I don't like the movement of the dogs in parts of ob, so I try not to watch those bits...I know, isn't that logical. However, doesn't mean I think it is cruel, it just doesn't do it for me, thats all.

I'm not surprized those who show on here get defencive and tired...I'm weary of it to.
Odd way of viewing it.

I guess, as with any subject that involves your interests (in this case dogs), you are likely to comment. Although people may not like showing, they like dogs, and if they see practices that they do not agree with or understand they are going to mention it.

You've just won me a tenner by quoting that, thanks

Did you not see the post I made admitting this was a major mistake of mine and apologising? I was wrong. I have no issue admitting that.

Now, back to the main point here. People see and hear what they want to. Some of you see nothing wrong with the cheese wire, slippery floored, nose batting world of Crufts, some of us do.

Sheree is right, we all love dogs, but we all have different standards, values and basis in dog welfare. I don't think the OP should be mocked for this post at all, she is as entitled to her opinion on what she saw as the rest of us.
