M&S Problem Solver
If you have any difficulties with M&S, phone AXA on 01473 205926 and speak to Alistair Marks.My problem went on for two months, then I contacted him and it was sorted it in less than an hour. You've never seen M&S move so fast !

Anyway finally they got their phone lines sorted and managed to get through to cancel our insurance with them - they doubled their premium, even though we didn't claim.
